Description
Indoor & Outdoor Fires:
Step 1: Place 1 or 2 firelighters o your coal, logs, or briquettes. For hard to light fuels, use more firelighters as required.
Step 2: Using limited draught, light the firelighters at one corner.
Step 3: When the firelighters are well lit, carefully add more fuel, taking care not to extinguish the flame.
Barbecues:
Step 1: Evenly distribute 2 or 3 firelighters amongst your charcoal or briquettes.
Step 2: Light the firelighters at one corner. When the firelighters are well lit, carefully add more fuel, taking care not to extinguish the flame.
Step 3: Allow coals to ash over evenly until glowing (approx. 20 mins) before cooking.
