If your product arrives broken / damaged or if you receive the wrong product. Return to us in store, or send back to us, on receiving the return we will replace or refund your product and we will reimburse your account for the amount for postage (postage receipt must be given)
In the case that you have changed your mind on your product we will credit your account provided the product is still fit to be resold and the packaging has not been tampered with.
